Do I need to install anything?

What does the first step read?

Only your public homepage: its title, description, links and the kinds of things customers can do there, such as booking or buying. We respect robots.txt and never change anything on your website.

Will the bot make things up?

Bots answer from what your website publishes and the facts you approve. They don’t invent prices, availability or policies, and they hand anything sensitive to your team.

Who sees the conversations?
